Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.

Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for all delivery fees associated with the exchange.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for refunds.

Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, including your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

Beaditt reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
